I thought it was high time my blog had a new look! I also added a section on the sidebar for links to tutorials and recipes that I really like, which I will be adding to when I have time.

The rules are:

Still no internet...

Since we still have no internet access at our apartment, we have only been able to get on a couple of times a week or so.  I miss being able to blog regularly, although in some ways having no internet is probably a good thing!  We do hope to be able to get the internet soon, though and we're currently looking into possibilities...

Moving!

We are spending the next three days moving...so I'm sure I won't have much of an opportunity to blog, but I'm looking forward to sharing lots of pictures after we are in our new place! =)

I've actually only had three jobs so far...I made pizzas, worked as a shipping clerk, and now I'm a preschool teacher!

Pride and Prejudice (the old one), Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Wives and Daughters, and Sense and Sensibility...it's hard to pick just four!

On the Beach, in the snow, in a fabric store, in front of a blazing fire.

Being finished moving, hopefully finishing lots of craft projects, spending lots of time with family, and having my husband find a job with normal hours!

Problems...

I'm having problems getting pictures to show at the moment....something to do with the college's filtered internet, I think. I'm not sure if they're just not showing up for me, or if they won't show up at all...Hopefully it's just me...

Finally!

I finally got around to adding links to blogs I read. I've been discovering new blogs recently, so I may add more links in the future. I really enjoy reading other people's blogs - learning a little about their lives and getting new ideas!

I am also very happy this morning because Saturday our wireless internet started working again. We're supposed to have wireless in our college housing apartment, but for some reason, it hasn't worked for probably 6 months. So we've had to use the long ugly cable to hook up to the phone jack. Now it's put away. Hooray for wireless! =)
